Trulia.com Now Carrying ProAgentSite Members' Listings Now you can add Trulia.com to the growing list of online classified Giants who promote the properties of ProAgentSite members.
As of September 16, 2007, Trulia now automatically gathers ProAgentSite member listings and places them into their classifieds. And the resulting attention to those listings has been very good.
Now Google Base, Edgeio, and Trulia all carry ProAgentSite member listings.
"Our growing list of classifieds are in addition to the automatic inclusion of listings in search engines like Google," says Robert Michael, Managing Editor. "Google carries more than 20,000 pages of our members information. And then there are Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and so many others.
When we say ProAgentSite gets your listings out there, we really mean it."
What's the cost to members?
"An extremely low cost," says Michael. "It's great promotions, at an affordable price. No wonder so many realtors are quickly joining the ProAgentSite ranks as members. For next to nothing they get their property information spread across the Internet in places where people really do go to look for real estate...plus they get their own professional website to display those listings."
And it's going to get even better, according to Michael.
"We're currently looking at ten other classifieds including Microsoft's Live Products, PropSmart, House.com, Zillow....
Our goal is getting our members' listings into as many places as possible, and thereby seen by as many potential buyers as possible.
Increasing exposure, that's what its all about these days, especially when the market is down. Our members get this kind of added exposure for an extremely low cost, and without further cost to them we're continually adding more places where their listings can be viewed by more buyers.
